Responsibilities
* Manage transactions with customers using cash register.
* Collect payments whether it be cash or credit.
* Use problem solving skills, guide and provide relevant information to customers.
* Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
* Maintain your area and front of the house area clean and tidy.
* Bag, box and serve food in front line.
* Take orders over the phone, online and through apps.
Requirements
* Work experience as a Cashier/Server or in a similar role.
* Basic POS knowledge
* Good math skills
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Customer satisfaction-oriented

Line Cook
The Earthy Kitchen is a Puerto Rican plant-based eatery. We serve fresh home style vegan food. We are looking for a part-time line cook.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
* Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
* Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
* Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
* Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
* Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
We are open 7 days a week and offer brunch on the weekends.
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
* Basic written and verbal communication skills
* Organizational skills
* Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
* Ability to work as a team member
* Follows directions and instructions
Requirements:
* One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
* Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
* Familiar with industry best practices
